missing scroll bars

Why is it that sometimes I can`t move around a web page because the scroll bars have disappeared?

Nothing works......no click and drag, copy and paste....nothing.......until I restart the computer then all is OK til the next time.

I noticed that a previous question on the same lines remains unanswered but let`s try again.  Many thanks.

It could be that you are in "Full Screen" mode. Try pressing F11 on your keyboard as with this you can toggle in and out of Full Screen mode (gets rid of your toolbars for a better view)

probably system ram or video ram. keep less progs opened. upgrade your system. kill some badgers
