who was the artist who painted a modern style painting of a room.. all in blue with black line drawing and a fish tank - but the fish was in orange. Then in the back ground there was a window or picture of a full colour image...

It s a bit Pop Arty.. but not quite Lichtenstein.

Its really getting on my nerves now!! Help please!
