Its ours soon and people ask me what we would like as a present. As we were never able to have a honeymoon all those years ago because we wanted all the money for a deposit on a house, we would like one now.
Is it wrong to ask people for money towards a honeymoon now?
I feel awkward asking people but hubby says we should as they won't mind.
What do you think??

Well that would depend on the amount. A weekend away in this country would be fine with me, just to have the chance to get away together would be lovely.
I am always pleased when people ask for money to put towards something as a gift because at least you know that your hard earned money is not going to be spent on something that sits in a garage gathering dust or gets sold on ebay as it is not what they want.

I think that people would love to contribute towards a late honeymoon...how romantic.

Have fun!
