I am in my mid twenties and usually have regular periods. I am on the pill. i am however a couple of weeks late. I have taken two pregnancy tests both of which were negative. What other reason could there be for this? I have not been worried or stressed about anything.

stress, illness and pregnany are the usual culprits.

when did you take the pregnancy tests?

a week after my period was due. I took one at tea time and then one on either the following morning or the morning after that (first urine of the day). when i realised i was late, i stopped taking my pill.
can i suggest that you take another test now and then test every few days until either your period or a positive result appears.

Make sure you use a barrier contraceptive whilst not on the pill, just in case.
I am on the pill and im missing periods ALL the time!! I can go 6 months without having one! Ive seen doctors about it and everything and they im fine! So i wouldnt worry about it for now, keep taking your pill and see if it happens next month xx
Dont continue taking you pill if there is any chance that you could be pregnant. Take alternative precautions until you know for sure.
