Hi, My husband takes inderalla 160mg to help stop the onset of his cluster headaches, each capsule contains propanolol hydrochloride, he takes them with his morning glass of grapefruit juice, my sister stayed recently and said he shouldn't be taking them with any sort of juice , is this correct. Many thanks

Your sister is quite right as regards Grapefruit Juice,I take a medication that would be seriously affected t by Grapefruit Juice,so it's best avoided with most meds.
I can't say whether all fruit juices are the same though,I don't think so as the leaflet with my meds only mentions (specifically) Grapefruit Juice.
According to both these sites,it is ONLY Grapefruit Juice that is best avoided:~

Interesting isn't it?
At least your hubby can just switch to Orange Juice or one of the other juices.
