i called the us embassy enquiering about requirerments for visa at the same time i mentioned to them that my daughter was arrested and they told me she should applie for one i did not give her name but. I booked my self a appointment at the same time when we go florida will they know about her because of my stupid mouth. please help me im at my wits end and making my self ill.

Stop worrying. If you'd booked an appointment for your daughter, and then cancelled it, it might show up on their immigration system (although I doubt it) but, without a name, there's no way they'll know.

is there any reason you or your daughter should apply for a visa in the first place? Normal tourist procedure is just to fill out a visa waiver form on the plane. Couldn't your daughter just do that without going to the US authorities at all?
