I must admit I had to look up what this was. Having found out that it's basically a tomato salad, then the answer would be no, it's not suitable for freezing. The tomatoes would just be mush when defrosted.

sorry, i know this has got nuthin to do with ur question but thats the first time i've heard anyone use the term kachumber, where are u from??

im from kenya and we use that alot.
