Whats he been doing to drive you to insanity?
I'd put in a complaint to their boss/HR in writing, that way you've something to back you up if you should get fired.
let them know where you stand from the oputset so they know how far they can go with you.

Ive only ever had to be upfront with my boss once, and she was very upset by the way she made me feel.

silly b1tch!
You don't say if it's a bloke or woman but I'd ask to see them, then calmly tell them how you feel. I've had run ins with employees many a time. Don't know I'm peeing them off 'til they tell me. Boss should be big enough to take it. Good luck.
It depends what you mean by pushy?
Kill him/her but don't let anyone find out
suggest you may report him or her , to the "employment tribunal service " ........ also if anyone reading this has had a problem , where the monthly/weekly salary you had been paid , was lesss than it shoild of been , and despite making this known to the management/owners of the company thay didnt re imburse you , on this "underpayment ......... then the employment tribunal service - can act as a very good support to handle this type , of situation ,,,, although "underpayment " ...... the e t s , woild only assist you if you had writen to your employer regarding this ....and still hadnt had the problem rectyfied 4 weeks after complaining ...... as i said the e.t .s - lisa would be a good option ,

It's a she and she is a cheeky cow, i hate the way she talks to me as if i'm something she has trodden on. I've only got just over a week here and she is making it a misery, I don't like running to my big boss but i've tried to talk to her and she just turns her hearing off and gives me some other demeaning job to do!
