A mate of mine said that eventually men will become extinct, but females will live on. He said its something to do with a chromosome specific only to men that is eventually going to become extinc, and apparently the fact that there are more women than men on the planet has something to do with this. Anyone heard anything like this?

Unless the female of the species finds a way to self-fertilise, this is complete rubbish.

"..the fact that there are more women than men on the planet has something to do with this"

If, globally, there are more females than males, it would be due to the slightly greater death rate among males compared with that of females.

We have enough sperm deep frozen to re-populate the world 1000 times over....let the rebellion begin ......mwwahhhhahhhhahhhahh<evil grin>.

However we might keep a few men for opening jars.

Blimey, mandy, wouldn't like to rummage in your freezer when you've got the munchies after a night in the pub !!

"Let's see now, frozen peas, potatoe waffles, no... arr what's this? Ooh! vanilla ice-cream. Yum !"

Bleuuuuurrrgghh!.......people icecream.
If this is true, I'm happy to go into suspended animation for a few thousand years.......

Unfortunately, BDW, by then they'll have lost the instructions for the suspended animation machine, and the poor dears won't know which buttons to press to re-animate you.

** Grabs tin helmet and runs for cover **

and since when did men start reading instructions???????.Dont worry BDW we'll keep you to open jars for us!.......so we can put Bpod in them! ;)

But who will shift the spider from the bath?

I like spiders! I'll do it!....my hubby is too scared to anyway.
