Hi all at AB,

3 months ago I bought a dog lead and collar set from a company called Pretty Paws.
The make of the set was made by Dogs Department in Holland.
It cost 50, which I don't consider cheap.

The metal clasp broke, literaly snapped after 3 months and now we are back to using a lead that I bought cheaply from the market lol

Is it unreasonable of me to expect a lead of this price to last longer than 3 months?

I have tried to contact pretty Paws by phone twice, leaving a message and by e-mail and they have not got back to me.

Should I just put this down to being ripped off and learn that cheap leads have a longer life???

Does anyone here know my consumer rights please.?

Kindest Regards.
