how do i start a web site and how much will it cost me [�s] I had a challenge in the pub tonight to make �1000 next mounth by selling from a web site

Well sell your things on eBay then because that's the only way you'll do it.

If you are self employed or own your own business you could do a website for you or the business and make money that way but a decent website will cost about �150 a page minimum up to �1000's a page depending on who does it and how flashy you want it to be.

we use joomla for our website and i believe many buisnesses do, its free software which you can find on the web, although i reckon ebay is your best bet for quick results but do not forget to factor P+P when selling!
