Outlook links blocked

My security has just been updatedfand now I can't open any links in emails, also if I put one in an email the recipient can't open it.
I've looked on slipstick http://www.slipstick.com/mail1/blocked.htm but when I go into tools options, security there is no 'change automatic download settings' menu.
Has anyone else had this problem and how can I cure it, all help gratefully recieved!

Just a suggestion, but is your Mail Format set to HTML?

Ive seen instances in the past where this can affect links in emails, if set differently.
