Hello Jayne (with a "y").

I hope you got home okay.
Hello winebuyer

Was that you at O2? You certainly gave my friend a bit of a laugh.

Why did you post this under "history" ?
Question Author
Yes, it was. You obviously got home okay. Sorry to intrude and all that.
So ...

1. Tell me Mr winebuyer, do you make a habit of accosting groups of unsuspecting girls? :-)

2. How many other girls had you asked if they were called Jayne with a "y" before you asked (my friend !!!)

(I like it over here in History. Do you think they will offer us a coffee as we are visitors) :-)
Question Author
LOL jj. Well,

1) No. I think Mrs Winebuyer would take a dim view if I made a habit of "accosting groups of unsuspecting girls" :-)

2) Let's think. A room full of our age(ish) couples, and four girls dancing away, laughing so loudly they could probably hear it in the boxing arena, and drinking the bar dry. It was like St Trinians Go To Indigo. Let's just say it was a lucky guess :-)

ps. only joking about St Trinians :-)

pps. sorry I didn't offer you a lift home. You're a bit out of my way!

ppps. How's the head this morning?

pppps. Did you all stay at your place?

ppppps. The History posters have already given me a coffee. Didn't you get one?

Aww, well, it was very funny. I think myy friend thought her luck was in :-) btw, she's never heard of AB. Probably just as well !!

My heads okay, considering.

We got the train back and then got a cab from Brighton Station. He took us all home, so I'm all on my ownsome this morning.

The History posters missed me out on the coffee round, so I've made myself one. A whole mugful from my espresso maker (jj starts twitching uncontrollably). I can't be bothered to cook breakfast. I had it cooked for me yesterday, which was jolly.

I think I'm gonna go for a run on the beach. Get some fresh air. Want to come? :-)))
Question Author
Yep sure. Give me ...

5 mins to change into my running shoes

45 mins to explain to Mrs Winebuyer why I'm going all the way to Brighton just for a jog.

3 hrs to drive down to Brighton

30 mins to find somewhere to park

I'll see you on the seafront at about four thirty LOL

Oh well, enjoy your run. Next time I'm in Brighton I'll post on here and let you know. But I haven't been to Brighton for ... let's think ... 32 years, so don't hold your breath.

LOL

Oh well, I'll just keep a look out for strange men randomly approaching groups of girls :-)

Bye for now x

Whooosh

(That was the sound of me setting off for a run)
:-)
