i feel my question has been misconstrued. its not the driving part. its the can't be arsed part.

I think cos i keep thinking about it that i should.

god.. living in the countryside does funny things to ya.

I've just walked back from the shop.

(feels virtuous)

Mind you, it was only Oddbins down near the seafront (feels a bit less virtuous).
Why go if you you don't need anything ...
I live in the countryside ..20 mins power
walking to the nearest shop ..20 mins
back ..gets the heart working ...so
not a bad thing ...

You've got Hadrian's Wall, keeps the Scotties out by and large although there are leakages around Preston.

Can we discuss a life-swap ? You get Croydon, IKEA, Purley Way, loads of shops, a gorgeous cemetery, and I get miles of deserted peaceful countryside.
