Please can someone advise as to how I can scan a form so that I can then complete it / fill it in and then print off?

PC memory

AVI file not playing.

I would imagine you scan the form as normal then click on "File" and from the drop down menu choose "save as" and save it with the extention Doc or Txt .
for example
myform.doc or myform.txt both of which will open with MS word.
