Thank you Funnygirl! I knew I wasn't imagining it!
Mmmm, I had that as a child and still have the scarring. It wasn't diagnosed until later in life. It's not particularly rare actually. I have never heard that you shouldn't dance, etc. with it, although I can see that some of the moves he makes, such as bouncing around on your head or upper back might be unadisable.
unadvisable!
It is also quite a painful condition, although I was told (40+ years ago) that I had growing pains!! (to a certain extent true)! He is amazing that he can do what he does, but he needs to take care. If I had been given the correct advice at the time I might not have the back trouble that I have now.
I agree Spaced, did make a nice change hearing about it afterwards. Although I feel sorry for them sometimes (like the little boy who was getting bullied) I get so annoyed at how much emphasis goes on to their sad stories, eg. my grandad has just died and seeing me sing was his only joy etc etc.
I loved George - thought he was brilliant x
I heard that on the radio today.
can't belive he won is he still going to be dancing about on Market street?
I heard that too, and like Spaced and Lissy it shows he believes he has a real talent so he doesn't have to drag out a sob story to win a talent competition. It's called britain's got talent not 'britains got sob stories'

i do feel sorry for the people with their story's but everyone has a sad story and their talent shouldn't be judged on their backgrounds.

poor george though x
