The Quattro Lateral Thinking Puzzle

Hey - my boyfriend got this puzzle from Marks and Spencer this christmas and its called "the Quattro".. its a lateral thinking puzzle with four wooden hoops, each with a ring of rope attached to it. The ropes are all interlinked in a fashion so they make a square (if that makes sense). Anyway, we can't bloody do it and on the side of the box it says that the website has online tips... only it doens't!! Please help!

hey...i have recently bought the same bloody puzzle!...i have emailed marks and spencers asking them to put up some clues so hopefully they should.
