Just wondering if anyone knows what piece of music is played along side this video of the Chapman Brother's Show?

It's the prelude (overture) to Parsifal, Richard Wagner's last opera.

After I posted my first answer, I listened to this excerpt again, since the streaming 'broke' after the first minute the first time I tried it.
Yes, the excerpt starts with the music from Parsifal, as I said. But after 1 minute in, the rest of the music you hear is the prelude to Act 1 of Lohengrin, one of Wagner's earlier operas.
Sorry for the slightly misleading post earlier this evening.
