I haven't played this on the DS, but did play it on the Gamecube, haven't played it for ages, but from what I can remember don't you just give the paintings to the museum curator in the same way as the fish and the dinosaurs. If not that way, try standing in front of an empty space and getting the picture out and see what happens. Hope this helps

hi, thanks x i have tried donating a pic of a townsfolk to blathers in the museum but it doent work, u cant give the leaves, it doesnt recognise them as a donation.
I also tried getting them out in front of the space and that doesnt work either.
Thankyou for replying tho!! x
Hi. You go to Blathers and touch the "make a donation" option, then give him the picture. You can't give him the pictures your residents give you though - only the ones you buy in the shop or from Redd. Beware though - many of the pictures you get from Redd are forgeries. If you buy insurance from the annoying Lyle, and give him the forgeries, he will send you 100 bells. Not much consolation when the picture has cost several thousand, but it's better than nothing! By the way, if you place the pictures your residents give you of themselves in your house and then touch them, you will get to read the messages they have put on the back.
