Hi girls, just a question for the ladies I'm about to join the non exclusive club of divorced ladies!!!! My question is how did any of you fair when applying for spousal maintenance??? My ex left me but I'm divorcing him for unreasonable behaviour as he would not admit to adultery.

It is highly unlikely you will be entitled to spousal support - you can work to support yourself

Are there any children (under 16) that need to be cared for? If yes, then you could get maintenance but that is not usually covered by the courts now, it goes via the CSA.
