i wouldnt if he seems okay and lucid just monitor him, keep him up for a while, and if he seems ok put him to bed, if you have any worries dont hesitate take him to the hospital, to be honest you wouldnt get the on call doctor you would have to go thru nhs direct which would advise you
yes it could have jerms coz you never know wat your sis could have been doin lol

I hope your little boy us OK and no ill effects today. However, when I read your comment about no NHS direct, in N Ireland, I was a bit shocked. You say you can get an out of-hours doctor's appointment - that's not backward!
Question Author
i no it is good in a sense that we have an out of hours surgery we can go to but it covers like 3 counties cos they have closed so many hospitals. same with the maternity ward it covers the same and some people have over fourty miles to travel to have their babies. nightmare. my son fine today hes very solid and resiliant! should have known his head was rock solid as he used to headbutt things as a baby, nto in anger or temper i might add it was just his thing!!
Question Author
puddicat its about 100 miles r so from newcastle to dublin so its a good trek!! houses over here are over priced to be honest and im sure he paid a flippin fortune!!!
He paid a quarter of a million for a sad old bungalow
I would suggest taking him to the doctor or hospital depending on how severe the cuts and bruises are. It's possible that he may be in a risk of infection. It's recommended that you take him to his doctor who will determine if he needs antibiotics or medicine.
I took my daughter to the emergency doc once, when she'd fallen and landed on her forehead. As she stood up, an enormous lump started growing - like on a cartoon!
No exaggeration, it looked as if there was an egg under her skin!
Anyway, she was fine and doc said not to worry too much if there is bruising and bump on the outside, and also that a bump to the side of the head is worse, ie. the temples.
hope he's ok x x

im not surprised especially in newcastle anywhere like that is expensive but with a bit of work his sad old bungalow could be beautiful and worht alot more. thats just how it goes round here. you always pay more for an old house he could prop have bought a new build for the same and had a bigger house. ours is a 4 bed 2 rec in the countryside, quiet little cul-de-sac and its now valued at 250 thousand, was only 150 when bought 3 yrs ago. its a big house aswell.
his is 2 bedroomed filled with so may layers of wall covering
