Even without missing a blob or developing a bump, puking up, eating weird foods or being hormonely troublesome, do women just know they are pregnant.

Can an in built or spiritual aura take over before the test is done or a doctor says "You're pregnant".

I am fully aware some birds do not realise til very late, often due to a lack of education or being fat (like Sonia from Eastenders). But has anybody ever experienced a 100 percent certainty straight after conception?
