If a scientist in another country totally unregulated had been experimenting with hybrid embryos and part of it was made up of animal genes, and he had made a miracle cure for any form of cancer.and it was proven that it was one hundred percent ok tried and tested and allowed to be used in uk hospitals would any body be bothered about the ethical side of it, and especially if they had a child with cancer
