Consider serving over ice cream or pound cake or biscotti. Make some trifle with whipped cream and ladyfingers. Maybe some kind of show-off flambe dessert? Or just sneak them into your oatmeal in the morning....
Very fiddly to do, but you could melt some chocolate, dip them in , and make your own liquer chocs.
you could use them as a base for a xmas punch,,just add sparkling wine and lemonade and lime slices and ice,,,it would be a bit gin based but deliciouse...gypsy
Whatever you do with the sloes after infusing with the gin, it will have to involve something with sugar! Sloes are very very dry indeed! But yeah, blitz them up in the blender with some raspberries to make a sauce, add them to deserts or whatever.
