c:progra~\symantec\s32evnt.dll message keeps appearing when i run a disk. I think i have removed the file from system32..but message keeps appearing!! how do i get rid of it?

In this case the best thing to do is go to www.norton.com and download the norton removal tool and remove norton altogether, then download a free solution AVG 8.0 from www.downloads.com
avg is loads better than norton, and it doesn't cost anything. However if you really want to keep norton, then simply re-install the norton software from the disc.
