I take it these toddlers arent your children?
yes they are 4get :)

What do you feed the boys? can you not eat little healthy meals when they do and then your eve meal as well?

hi, yes 4get they are both my both, the oldest was three on tue. i take it your thinking i must be mad?, hi red, the boys have there breakfast around 8am, they either have toast or cereal followed by a yoghurt, but this is far too early for me to eat. then i find by time i have done what i need to do it is neary dinner time then its tidy up time again
i know what you mean. How about having some fruit mid morning with them?

Then at lunchtime have a sandwich when you make thier dinner? It depends what you make for them at lunch but cheese on toast, sandwiches, some chicken wraps or something are good enough if your main eve meal is balanced.

I do advocate eating breakfast as this will set your motabolism for the day. I hated eating brekki, but got into the habit! I often ate cerial bars on the run, while sorting my son out for school!

Plenty of fruit for snacks, including carrying a bottle of water around with me! I would eat a little dinner such as a sandwich, but still had a good meal at night!

I also found that making a tuperwear of salad and keeping in the fridge was handy!

Bear in mind I didn't have other children (well discounting my husband) to look after when I was pregnant this was / is my daily diet:
- Fruit and yoghurt / fruit and cereal for brekkie / fruit smoothie
- Fruit / nuts for mid morning snack
- Salmon salad / veg soup and wholemeal roll / wholemeal cheese salad roll and yoghurt
- Fruit mid afternoon / 2x digestive biscuits / yoghurt
- Big evening meal with lots of veggies and carbs for my treat :-)
- Cadburys Twirl at 9pm!
I was a pig when I was pregnant lol No wonder I gained 3 1/2 stone!!!

Im another one who cant eat breakfast too early so would have a walk after taking my daughter to school. When I got home I would have a cereal bar and a yoghurt or muller rice (to have got something healthy) and a chocolate bar ( for energy lol)

For lunch I would have a cheese/egg salad roll/sandwich or a vegetable pastie.

I often didnt eat til late due to exhaustion. I would do something for my daughter and as soon as my boyfriend was here to look after her, I would actually go for a nap. After I would be very naughty and as I was too tired to cook late, I would have take away (chinese mostly) or micro wave foods such as pasta dishes. Most of my evening meals consisted of pasta or mashed potato.

I will have to admit, in between all this I would snack on bars of chocolate (funny you should mention twirls natalie lol) and would nearly always have a cream cake everyday lol I did also snack on fruit too so wasnt all that bad. Bananas, apples and melons were my favourites.
Oh, just seen what andrea said and just wanted to add, I would drink about 1-2 litres of water a day on top of any other drinks I would normally have. Also, I would snack because I would have small portions meal times as I found it best for my heartburn to eat little and often. Youghurts and fruit are great to always have as they are healthy and can be eaten in a very short space of time.
Ditto re water, I was drinking 2litres water a day and always start the day with a glass of orange juice (another fruit portion). I also always have a handful of raisins in the morning with my juice to ...errr.... keep you regular (I was scared of getting piles LOL).
