Anyone else had to put their heating on?

For the first time in weeks I've got my fire on!! 2 days ago I was wearing skirts & vest tops! Now I sitting with a jumper & the fire on!! Good old british weather eh? lol

i have put my heating on today and last night got the kids quilts bk out, they have only needed light blanket over last week or so

Haven't put my heating on but am wrapped on in jumpers and fleeces and went to bed very early last night under the winter quilt. I am being frugal.

I put mine on last night for about an hour!

I was freezing and had to put my quilt back on the bed, when I went to bed last night.

The Utilies companies must be rubbing their hands with glee!!

That was it for this year! - remember last summer - two wonderful weeks in April/May and that was it!!

I've just watched the weather & I think we should get some blanket parcels sorted for DrFilth!!! its miserable till Sunday :( well in the midlands it is!

No although it is raining it is still quite warm, heating costs me too much, a duvet works just as well

got my dog 4 ferrets and a big old grey coat on to keep me warm.let the ferrets out and the dog chases them and the room gets warm

Hey Jo, you know no-one believed me when I told them it was cold, so I am so pleased you feel the same!

Windows are resolutely shut. However, the heating won't be going on again until November, as I just got this quarter's revised bill, and it is a LOT! :(

I will have to just remaster the art of layering, and add blankets to the bed. Stupid unpredictable weather!
