itunes not showing my songs

ho i had to reformat my machine and have reinstalled itunes. I have copied all the music i had backed up into the itunes music folder. however when i open up itunes it shows up as no songs in teh library. is there a way to add the music in one go rather then having to add a folder to the library. i have 130 folders of music and would there take a very long time. any advise

oouu now io feel sooo dumb. ahaha i thought it was making me have to open another folder cos it had one in it.., sooo sorry for being dumb.. it is friday after all haha
