I found this by accident last night-who was the guy in the wheelchair called Jeff and in a real state. Anyone know please?

Can't watch rubbish like this (my opinion) but I have seen trailers, and it is Jeff Conaway. He was in Grease and Taxi, and is now a drugged up wtreck.
