hi
it would be best for them to go into a branch to give them your details. To change any information on file one of your parents would need to sign anyway.

hope this helps
My bank will let me change my address using internet banking.

Theirs may or may not - they'd have to login to their account and see if the option is there.
you might be better leaving their address as it is until they move to their next address, and simply get the mail redirected by Royal Mail - i seem to remember it costs about 10 for three months
Just tell them to register a correspondence address with their bank, then change their address when they move in.
