we are sick to death of rude ignorant twenty year olds
kicking a football in our garden consistantly. They are
not polite just damm rude, and you can imagine the
kick from an adult male with a football. How can we
make them go elsewhere ????? instead of using a
place designed for toddlers.

dont let them into yur garden
I will lend you my dog for the week. He is an English Bull Terrier but as soft as a teddy bear... but he loves footballs and will pop one in 5 seconds flat. Once he has it in his mouth you are not getting it back!!! A few popped footballs and an uncooperative English Bull Terrier will soon stop any balls coming into your garden!!
If football is being played in the street contact your loal police and ask them to invoke the Highways Act (1971, I think) which makes it an offence to play games on the highway.

They will be reluctant (they always are) and say that it is unenforceable. It is not (certainly where adults are concerned). If they refuse contact your Borough Commander or equivalent.

Councils can erect netting to stop balls going onto private property, if the area used is designated as a play area.
You could also try keeping any balls which come over, but don't destroy them, as technically, this's a theft.
Have you tried asking them in a pleasant manner - with a smile on your face - if they could just be careful not to let any balls come over? You could say you have youngsters there, and their actions could be dangerous. If not, contact the police anyway. If enough folk complain, it IS possible to get something done, but by the same token, it's never wise to move into property that's close to a park or where footballs might be kicked!
