Car parked near our village train station. Vauxhall Vectra T reg. Broken drivers side window , glass on road and missing bonnet.
Later in day , saw chap standing by car.
Turns out he has just returned from a tour in Afgan and he left car at station overnight ...been out for a drink.
Someone broke car window ...pulled bonnet release and stole his bonnet !
Errr stealing a car bonnet ...whats that worth ? �10 from the scrap yard maybe
