Despite the heat today, I'm shivering like a daisy in the wind and have been sent home from work with the flu. Why do I have to feel so crap when the first bit of sunshine hits Britain? Any other Abers out there feeling manky?

ive had a cold since friday and so has my newborn and shes only 19 days old poor thing.

I dont have the shivers but lack of sleep certainly isnt helping matters :(

Its not summer flu, but bird flu! ha ha ha!!!! My only consolation is that my hubby and son have also caught it so I am not suffering in silence. However...have two men in the house with man flu, so maybe that's not such a good thing after all...

Hi Stone,
I am finally back to work, Recovering from a Sinus Infection, Ear infection and a viral infection. It was nice here in NYC last week while I was stuck in bed. I like that term "Manky" BTW
