Does anyone know if the fibreglass ambulance body can be removed from the chassis to allow it to be `transplanted` onto another pick-up chassis?

most of the chassis around are of the same dimensions, so.. but depends on how the cab is done. most ambulances used little of the original bodywork after the windscreen pillars.
Only certain trucks have the electrical capability to handle the demands the ambulance package demands--make sure you check this out before you just throw it on another truck

zen82......hit wrong button...sorry.  I was about to say that it`s now a motor caravan with its own seperate power supply.  I`m more concerned about the way it`s actually fixed to the pick-up....especially the `Luton` bit over the cab.
