Where are the cheapest cigarettes sold in Europe? Im thinking of doing a day trip ^^

given that the HM Revenue & Customs website still lists restrictions against those EU countries where tobacco is really cheap, your best bet is probably still Belgium.

Andorra is dirt cheap but tricky to get to and from in a day

ok yes I know about Gibraltar, after all I am from there and do bring cigarettes in, however, the limit is 200. I guess its Belgium then...anyone know how much they cost over there?

Prague is cheap. About 2 pounds if I recall.
Just order cigs online from Europe online cigarettes store

But be careful, its better to order 1 carton per order to avoid customs problems.
