Would there be a problem with the airline booking 25/30 males on the same flight?

as long as they have the seats, airlines are happy to fill them. Expect them to watch your alcohol consumption, though.
because the amount of seats on each flight at the lower prices are limited, you might not get the best deal by block-booking that many all at once. you may get a better deal by splitting the booking, then averaging-out the price yourselves betwen all travellers.
Er - wouldn't you be better asking the airline involved?
if you are all travelling together, then watch yourselves in the airport. If you're being rowdy in any way then the airlines will just offload you and your mates without even thinking about it
