I dont say any of those expressions ice and I am from birmingham :(

be careful with generalisations....
lol at ice i'm just outside birm and when i first moved here i coun't understand the black counrty accent, still can't now! i don't hate any though
midland accents are not only in birmingham but are as far north as derby and far south as worcester, the strongest of the dialect is in the black country (not birmingham)

Of course accents are different and I think add flavour to an area, I would hate to visit newcastle or livepool and listen to everyone speaking queens english and not their own versions.

why should an accent bother anyone? they are the product of their environment

As I said earlier Im from Bham and I dont have a strong accent although my family do, some worse than others. The thing I hate wherever people are from is LOUD GOBBY people who dont know how to talk quietly
yes, whatever accent they use its nice to have manners!
