Hi! Theresa - It seems ALL Ford dealeres leave a lot to be desired then! Dagenham Motors sold my daughter a brand new Street Ka (�16.000 worth). it developed 47 faults in under a year! They eventually - under threat of the motoring press replaced it with a brand new one, that started to go the same way after 8 weeks. She now drives a Mitsubishi and cannot fault the car or the dealer! Hope you can get satisfaction - good luck, you will probably need it. Luv n stuff Saxonlynn
