which is the hardest wearing.. The area will take a battering from feet and an office chair.. Any one know what will be the best ? TY

Laminate is better and some of the ones in say Homebase have a long guarantee and are specifically for areas of heavy traffic.

My hard wood floor marks - the wood laminate is in much better condition. Hope this helps!

Hardwood looks nicer, but some laminates look just as good and are probably more durable.
