This really is a specialised question, and I wouldn't even know where to start looking so would welcome any help please.
Which RAF base on the Wash has the longest/shortest bombing range depending on the tide. Wainfleet or Holbeach have been mentioned, but no one here knows for sure.
Many Thanks.

Thank you for your help Lillies. This really doesn't seem to be a General Knowledge question that many would know the answer to, least of all me!!
Is there one still at Theddlethorpe, or perhaps Donna Nook.

Oh dear! I don't know. I don't even know if these airfields are still operational, never mind if they had/still have bombing ranges. It's such an obscure question for me.
Pretty sure its Donna Nook - near Mablethorpe
It's RAF Holbeach, currently used for gunnery & bombing practice by the Harriers at RAF Wittering, the Tornadoes at RAF Marham, & the Typhoons at RAF Coningsby. It was also going to be the site of Britain's answer to the Indianopolis Speedway, but Malcolm Campbell couldn't raise the money.
