I know you lot probably don't care but the Mighty West Brom need one point for promotion with a home game against Southampton tomorrow night.
I'm as tense as Dolly Partons bra strap and shaking like a whippet having a dump(thanks baggies messageboard!).
How do you cope with pressure and tension?

I tend to curl up in to a small ball and rock.

Or I just smoke a lot.
I delegate and take longer breaks

Cheers Jules and thanks for the bosoms!
:-)
good luck to the baggies!!

I hope you make it through!, punching southampton fans is a great stress reliever.
I'm honestly not taking the **** here, but if I feel really tense I put some music on and dance like an idiot to it - it releases all the tension, gets your heart pumping and makes you laugh (at how ridiculous you look) - for best effect do it naked.
Failing that, I stamp my foot and swear a lot. And sulk.
Mighty--good luck tomorrow night
could it be arranged that yous go up and manure are relegated ?
Hey mighty,

Feels good, this time tomorrow it'll be 8 minutes into the second half..................Oh 'eck where's that CD.

Good luck to the baggies fella, be good to see KP back in the top flight, unless they dump him if they get there of course!

Unfortunately what Helliebobs fails to mention is that she gets most tense whilst standing in supermarket checkout queues so her advice does have some repercussions banned from every Tescos in the UK she is...
Well I've learnt my lesson now jon, I shop at Asda these days, they're far more lenient, plus the aisles are wider, more room to shake my ass :)
