Anyone know if it's a cheap job to get power into my dvd recorder which has died, The fuse has been changed also the extension socket. Everything else works. It cost 90 to get the big tv done last year. TOO much.

With basic DVD players costing not much more than 15, I would suggest you bin your current one and buy a new one with a 12 month guarantee (not eco friendly I know).

I haven't found a dvd RECORDER that cheap anywhere! Not even Tesco. I've got a different model that's NEARLY tuned in but I'd wanted the same model for each tv.Thanks for replying.
Tesco do have cheap portable dvd PLAYERS which are useful to have for going away.
I can offer the dud on freecycle. Someone may take it.
