I had that while i was at college. Constant tiredness and no matter what i did i couldn't 'wake up'. I went to see my GP in the end and had blood tests. Turned out to be Glandula Fever (not sure how that is spelt!) I ended up in hospital for a few days. Go and see your GP, i'm sure they will probably carry out some blood tests and help you get to the bottom of it. Good luck!
General fatigue? There are supplements you can take if you talk to your doctor about it. There have been some adverts on the tube about an over-the-counter tablet you can take. I can't remember its name
if its not an illness when you check with your doctor,then try ginseng tablets from the health shop they will soon boost you up ..you need to take them for a week for them to kick in and uplift you.another safe food you could try is porridge oats every day..and take vitamin b complex..that should soon sort you out ....gypsy

Have a look at this fact sheet on the Beyond Blue website, it shows the sleep-wake cycle of the body;

Also, it might be worth checking in to Depression websites as you may find that this may be a symptom.... And definately talk to your GP. :-)

 I had a similar thing for ages and went to see the doctor. He could find nothing wrong so in the usual well unlesss a pill can be used he couldn't help. Tried loads of things but best things that helped me were, always eat breakfast, have a lighter 'healthy' lunch, don't eat too late at night and avoid caffine later in the day as it dispruts your sleep pattern. I also took ginseng and after about three months felt loads better. However get the doctors advise first in case.

Thanks everyone for your input...however i always eat breakfast, and i eat very healthy foods, i take vitamins with ginsing and herbs like that...and im not suffering from depression..I do plan on seeing my GP, i was also thinking that it could be caused by the seasons changing??

I've heard of the seasons affecting people SAD i think it's called, Seasonal Affective Disorder. Take a look here: http://www.sada.org.uk/
