Hi!

Well, I must be a bit of a thickie (ha!) but we have just ordered a notebook(laptop) from DELL with wireless technology, and we just don't know how to go about getting an ISP. We are currently on Virgin with 24/7, and they have ignored my email querie!!

We would be so grateful if anyone can point us in the right direction.

Many thanks

I wireless laptop won't automatically work with an ISP.  If you want to use it wirelessly, you will need a wireless Access Point with a built in modem in (dial up, or ADSL) or another computer with a wireless card in it that is able to dial up to the internet.

You will be able to still use Virgin 24/7 if you so please.
