Has your assessor not set you any work? I am a Health and Social Care assessor and I work for a center that is totally verbal delivery, no writing for the candidate!!!!
If you are looking to do something for that unit you could write about how you support your service users to meet their personal hygeine needs, include things about how you offer them choices throughout the hygeine process, what you do if you notice any changes and how you encourage them to participate as well as a statement of what you do. Also write about how you assist them with their toileting needs.
