As the Bush lame duck presidency nears its end, there are encouraging signs that Blackwater and the other contractors are being reigned in.

After this incident they have re-branded themselves as Blackwater Worldwide, so thery could be cropping up on a street near you soon.

According to wikipedia, 90% of their work came from Bush, two thirds of the contracts they didn't even have to bid for.
