right, i just watched smallville, my sister forced me.
the episode was called Transference (SP)
and there was a song in it, and one of the lines was 'takes my breath away' it was a rock song, or that kind of genre, but i dont know who it was by :(

The music was composed by Giorgio Moroder, the lyrics were by Tom Whitlock and it was performed by Berlin, for the film Top Gun (as KP indicates above). It was released in 1986 (fascinating stuff eh ..... lol)

haha, no not that.
i know it was sung by guys, and its not a remake either, it sounds completely different.
