due to attend hearing this week. My partner on sat morning receiced an 'anonymous letter' in post. Its obvious it has come from the applicant (posing as his witness-its the sick kind of thing he would do, he has previous for it). In the letter he is slagging me off and calling me names as well as telling my partner that he should make me 'settle out of court'. As we only received it yesterday I have not yet informed my barrister of it. Will we be able to use this as evidence at the hearing. Its obvious where it has come from as the remarks in the letter match exactly the remarks on the witness statement.

Since you already have a properly-qualified legal expert on the case, tell him about it early this morning. It's your barrister's job to give you the best advice.
