What exercises at home or the gym would get you ready physically and make a skiing holiday a little bit easier on the body?! I'm not going until next winter, but you can never be too prepared!

I would say the rowing machine. will train you for exercise thats very strenuous if thats how you spell it! xx
You'll want to strengthen your legs, so in the gym I'd go for the cross-trainer and the leg presses, and at home do lots of squats and lunges.
you should always do pre-ski exercises
