I have a Gloworm 100E and added some water via the filling loop as the water pressure gauge was at 0 (as opposed to 0.7) the water pressure gauge has since risen to 3.5 and there is water coming out of the overflow pipe.  I've bled some water out of the radiators but the overflow is still running and the gauge is still at 3.5?

It sounds like your filling loop valve is letting by. Disconnect the filling loop hose and make sure it's turned off.

We've just had a very similar problem.  The water pressure was constantly at 3.5 & water was permanently running out of the overflow.  The tap appeared to be in the closed position but closer inspection revealed the tap to be ever-so slightly loose.  In our case there was a small screw holding the tap in place.  I simply tightened the screw & the pressure returned to normal.
